Laundry Aide

Compensation:

16.50 - 17.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Check that all cleaning supplies are stocked and notify the general manager if any are running low Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs Dry clothing and linens after each wash cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions

Qualifications:

Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly Experience with a variety of commercial cleaning products and techniques At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent About Company If you are looking for a family and not just a job, then we are the place for you.
