Laundry Worker

We're searching for an enthusiastic, hardworking laundry attendant committed to providing our guests with an exceptional stay at our hotel. Our laundry attendants perform a variety of tasks such as washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens and should be comfortable talking with guests and making them feel at ease. Compensation:

$15.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents according to directions Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements

Qualifications:

Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly About Company At the junction of Routes 62 and 140, this laid-back Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford hotel is just three miles from the TouVelle State Recreation Site and six miles from the Crater Rock Museum.
