Laundry Operations Associate The Laundry Club - Anderson, SC Part-Time / Full-Time | Hourly The Laundry Club is a modern, customer-focused laundromat committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers. We are seeking a dependable Laundry Operations Associate to help oversee daily store operations, assist customers, and maintain a well-organized facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized, and is comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Open and close the laundromat according to scheduled shifts Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Assist customers with using washers, dryers, payment systems, and other equipment Train first-time customers on the laundromat process when needed Maintain a clean and organized facility (folding areas, machines, floors, restrooms, etc.) Monitor machines and report any maintenance issues or equipment concerns Ensure the store remains safe, orderly, and welcoming at all times Restock supplies and maintain general store appearance Handle basic customer questions and resolve minor issues Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Friendly and customer-service oriented Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Comfortable interacting with customers and providing assistance Ability to stand, walk, and perform light cleaning tasks throughout shift Basic problem-solving skills Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required Schedule Flexible scheduling available Evening and weekend availability preferred Opening and closing shifts may be required Compensation $12-$15 per hour , depending on experience Opportunities for increased responsibility as the business grows About Us The Laundry Club is a modern laundromat focused on providing customers with a clean, safe, and convenient place to do their laundry.
