The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of our laundry services, particularly in a hotel environment. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently to launder various items including linens, towels, and garments. Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to established procedures. Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and apply appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and work areas to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with hotel staff to manage laundry needs promptly and effectively. Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to management promptly. Skills Experience in dry cleaning processes is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel laundry operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to launder items according to specific standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
