Laundry Attendant Church Street Inn - Charleston, SC Full-Time Position Summary The Laundry Attendant processes linens and textiles to support housekeeping operations and ensure a steady supply of clean, high-quality materials for guest rooms and public areas. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens according to property standards Operate laundry equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry work area Assist with linen inventory and report shortages or issues Communicate regularly with Housekeeping and other departments Other Duties Assist with stocking housekeeping carts or room supplies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Education & Experience No formal education or previous experience required Knowledge & Skills Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards Good time-management and communication skills Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to push/pull laundry carts Work Environment Indoor work environment Weekend and holiday availability required
