Full Job Description Laundry Attendany Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for laundering and cleaning linens, towels, and other items to ensure a clean and organized environment, particularly within a hotel setting.

Responsibilities:

• Launder and clean linens, towels, and other items according to established procedures
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers and dryers
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat them appropriately
• Fold and organize laundered items neatly for storage or distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laundry area
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling laundry chemicals and equipment
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Experience:

• Prior experience in laundry services, dry cleaning, or similar roles is preferred
• Knowledge of hotel laundry operations is advantageous
• Familiarity with dry cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
