Full Job Description Laundry Attendant Duties:

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to hotel standards
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers
• Inspect linens for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean linens
• Assist with inventory management by keeping track of linen supplies and reporting any shortages or excesses
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests or inquiries related to laundry services

Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
