Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Attendant. We offer good pay, flexible hours, and a cheerful environment to work in. We only wash linens for vacation rentals and prep them for cleaners. Responsibilities Operate washers, dryers, and to process linens. Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure proper handling. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by regularly cleaning machines, work surfaces, and storage spaces. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in washing. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors when stock needs replenishing. Ensure all laundry is folded, organized, and stored correctly for prompt delivery to designated areas or guests. Requirements Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures related to laundry operations.
