In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and public areas, conducting thorough inspections to uphold quality standards, and supporting the overall hospitality experience. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will help create a positive environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct detailed inspections of rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with established standards. Execute floor care tasks such as mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance throughout the facility. Assist with industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing specialized equipment for deep cleaning tasks. Support janitorial functions by managing custodial supplies, ensuring all cleaning tools are well-maintained and stocked. Collaborate with housekeeping management to report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly service and addressing guest or staff inquiries professionally. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality roles—hotel experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Demonstrated custodial or housekeeping management skills with an eye for detail. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
