Pay:

$14/hr

Schedule:

3 pm- 9 pm (closing) Rotating Schedule 2-4 times a week

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with laundry machines, vending machines, and other services. Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, wiping down machines, folding tables, and restocking supplies. Monitor machines and equipment for proper operation; report or perform minor maintenance when needed. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns as necessary. Operate washers and dryers for wash-and-fold service orders (if applicable). Ensure the facility is secure and all safety protocols are followed. Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is needed. Open and/or close the facility according to the shift schedule.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Not allergic to cleaning chemicals Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Basic troubleshooting skills for laundry machines Basic computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift Proficient in speaking English and customer service due to attendants will be helping answer questions about basic washer/dryer operations and selling loyalty cards (bilingual in spanish is a plus but not at all required) KeyStaff, Inc Since 2004.
