Job Duties Collect, sort, wash, and dry linens and other garments as directed Count and distribute daily clean linen and garments Wash personal clothing of residents who request this service Maintain the laundry room in a clean and orderly manner; clean when necessary Transport laundry to and from resident rooms, laundry, and other locations as directed Comply with all policies and procedures related to safety and infection control procedures Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Director of Support Services Understand and comply with all rules and regulations regarding resident rights Promote positive relationships with residents and visitors Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Referral program Professional development assistance Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Related experience at a level necessary to perform in the role Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions Paradigm Healthcare was founded on the belief that by empowering each other, we can achieve more and provide better care to every patient we serve.
