The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting customers while ensuring machines and facility operations run smoothly. This position requires strong customer service skills, basic cleaning and maintenance awareness, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with washer, dryer, and payment system usage Perform wash-and-fold laundry services according to company quality standards Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry orders accurately Tag and organize customer orders to ensure timely pickup and delivery Maintain cleanliness of the entire laundromat, including: Folding tables Floors Restrooms Machines Trash removal Monitor washers and dryers for proper operation Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly Help keep supplies stocked (detergent, vending items, cleaning supplies, etc.) Handle basic customer questions and resolve minor concerns professionally Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records of wash-and-fold orders Ensure store safety and follow company procedures Open and/or close the store as scheduled Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, laundry, or cleaning experience is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts Basic English communication skills required Bilingual candidates are a plus Preferred Traits Honest and dependable Positive attitude Detail-oriented Team player Comfortable interacting with diverse customers
