This position helps maintain the cleanliness and presentation standards of the hotel while providing exceptional service to internal and external guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel laundry items. Maintain proper inventory levels of clean linens for housekeeping and guest needs. Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report replacement needs to management. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures. Keep laundry room clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist housekeeping team with linen distribution and collection as needed. Respond promptly to guest and team member requests related to laundry services. Properly use cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE). Report maintenance concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately. Support hotel cleanliness initiatives and brand service standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hotel experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Reliable attendance and positive teamwork attitude. Work Environment Indoor laundry facility with exposure to heat, humidity, cleaning chemicals, and laundry equipment noise.
