(69892) Vista Ridge Nursing and Rehab Center - Lewisville, TX 75067 Apply Overview Job Shift Any Apply Description The Laundry Aide is responsible for ensuring that all resident linens, clothing, and facility laundry are cleaned, sanitized, and distributed in a timely and professional manner. This role supports infection control standards and contributes to a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items including resident clothing, bed linens, and towels Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and folding machines safely and efficiently Follow proper infection control and sanitation procedures Label and organize residents' personal clothing to prevent loss Inspect laundry for damage and report items needing repair or replacement Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Monitor and restock laundry supplies as needed Follow all facility safety policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 pounds Share job details to
