The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Attendants assist self serve customers with machines, perform wash, dry and fold services to drop-off customers and maintain cleanliness of the store. New hires will be trained in all operations of business. We are full service laundromat. You must enjoy people and work well independently. We are currently taking applications and interviewing for a permanent full-time position. This job is GREAT for someone that likes to stay busy. You must be able to multi-task. You will interact with customers including regulars, business owners and folks just passing through!

Pay:

base salary (from $13.00 per hour depending on experience) + tips

Shift:

Saturday and Sunday 3 pm to 10 pm; various shifts as needed during the week The perfect candidate will support all of the following:

• Customer Service
• Customers come first with us! We get people in from all over who have traveled to Midland for work as well as locals who visit on a regular basis. Being kind and helpful is top priority!
• Store Safety and Security
• help maintain a safe environment inside and outside the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
• Wash and Fold Service
• A large part of the job is our drop-off service. We provide quick turnaround and top quality service to each of our drop-off customers. You must by able to address customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner and immediately inform the Store Manager of any claims.
• Cleanliness
• We pride ourselves on being the cleanest laundromat in town! We're looking for someone who can help stay on top of keeping things neat, clean and organized inside and outside of the store at all times.
• Policies and Procedures
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Duties:

Greet and assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas. Operate cash registers for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing. Launder customer clothes, adhering to proper cleaning protocols. Assist customers with the use of payment systems, machine selection and operation. Report to work in a neat and clean manner and wear appropriate uniform. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations. Experience in cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
