Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our laundry facility. - Part Time, Friday & Sunday. Coverage hours on different days are available at times if wanted. - Freedom to work independently! What you'll be doing: Customer Service at our laundry facility, cleaning/washing, and folding clothes, and general duties around the Laundromat (cash management, answering the phone, basic cleaning)What We Require:
- Self-Motivated, Hard Worker
- Ability to walk the property and follow a step-by-step process to communicate to other members of the team and customers as needed.
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
- Phone skills
- In-depth knowledge of a company's products and/or services
- Expertise in the customer service area they focus on,
- Must be able to speak English (Bilingual is a plus)
- Valid driver's license, or mode of transportation
- 1 Year Customer Service experience This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is key.
