In this role, you will manage customer interactions at the counter, oversee dry cleaning and laundry services, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests and support the seamless operation of our facility. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in hospitality, customer service, and operational management. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their dry cleaning, laundry, and clothing care needs Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures Manage the intake and delivery of garments, ensuring proper tagging, sorting, and tracking Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered and turnaround times Conduct basic math calculations for billing purposes and ensure accurate cash handling at all times Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain a tidy workspace Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating charges accurately Experience with dry cleaning or laundry operations is a plus Cashiering experience and cash handling proficiency are desirable Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and garment handling Join us to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
