In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and proper handling of linens, towels, and other textiles in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with laundry operations, and a strong attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are met. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional setting where your skills contribute directly to guest satisfaction and overall operations. Position is 3 days a week. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Pay 13.00 per hour. Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and specialty cleaning machines efficiently and safely Sort, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other textiles according to hotel standards Perform dry cleaning procedures on delicate or specialized items as needed Ensure all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and stored properly for use or distribution Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area by regularly sanitizing workspaces and equipment Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low Support other housekeeping or maintenance staff as required to ensure smooth daily operations Skills Prior experience with laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of laundry machinery operation and maintenance Strong attention to detail to ensure linens meet quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Good organizational skills for sorting and managing large quantities of textiles Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences through clean, well-maintained linens and textiles.
