Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall guest experience. Your proactive approach and dedication will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that guests love to return to. Duties Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort laundry items by type, color, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results Perform dry cleaning processes for delicate or special fabric items following established procedures Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workspaces regularly Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when replenishments are needed Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for chemicals used in cleaning processes Support other housekeeping duties as needed to uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Join us in delivering exceptional service through meticulous laundry care!
