In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling laundry operations, maintaining spotless linens and uniforms, and supporting the overall cleanliness of our facility. Your dedication will directly contribute to creating a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations and upholds our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines with precision and care. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to established standards. Ensure all laundry items are cleaned thoroughly using appropriate cleaning methods, including dry cleaning when necessary. Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas by organizing supplies and performing routine cleaning tasks. Follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and equipment operation to prevent accidents. Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock levels are low. Support other housekeeping or hotel staff with laundry-related tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Previous experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes. Strong attention to detail to ensure all linens are spotless and properly maintained. Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards. A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
