Job Description

Atkinson Realty is looking for linen attendants to help deliver linens to our vacation rental homes at the Virginia Beach oceanfront.
Responsibilities include:
 Sorting and bagging linens based of a list of provided properties  Delivering linens to vacation rental homes, leaving the linens in designated places in the home  Examining mattress covers for stains or tears and replacing as needed  Ensuring that bedspreads and pillows are neat and wrinkle free on each bed  Removing dirty linens and examining for stains and tears  Bagging linens and returning to the office to be picked up by laundry service  Sorting and putting away linens once they are laundered and folded  Maintaining organization of linens to ensure efficient sorting and delivery Job requires working Saturdays 10am - 3pm, from Memorial Day to Labor Day with the possibility of 1-2 additional days during the week. Must be detail oriented and have your own transportation.
