Upsell complementary services like lash lifts, brow shaping, or skincare treatments to enhance client experience Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build community engagement Requirements Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions Proven experience applying eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control procedures Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to manage appointments effectively using salon management software like SQUARE Basic understanding of retail sales techniques to recommend products and aftercare items Experience with other beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyebrow services/ lash lifts , or spray tans is a plus!
