Duties Provide professional body waxing services using various techniques to ensure client comfort and satisfaction Perform additional esthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to support their skincare needs Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards following industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Operate salon software systems like

for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales processing Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring an outstanding experience Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques including hair threading, botulinum toxin treatments, nail care, and laser treatments to provide comprehensive services Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting preferred Certification or licensing in cosmetology or barbering required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or botulinum toxin treatment are a plus Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Skilled in body waxing, skin care treatments, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, hair threading, and nail care Strong commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules Join us as a Wax Specialist where your talent meets opportunity!
