Who We're Looking For We are searching for a motivated lash artist who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating outstanding guest experiences. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of lash extension experience required Proficiency in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions California Esthetician or Cosmetology License preferred Strong guest service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Open to coaching, training, and continued education Reliable, dependable, and career-minded Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday required) Minimum 4-day work week required 5-day work week preferred Full-time availability preferred

Compensation Hourly Pay:

$19-$22 per hour, depending on experience
