Responsibilities Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff coordination to ensure smooth daily functions. Deliver high-quality beauty and wellness services such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, and makeup application. Oversee client consultations to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments like dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, or esthetic laser procedures. Maintain rigorous sanitation standards and adhere to health and safety regulations across all services. Utilize salon software such as Millennium or

to book appointments, process payments, and manage client records efficiently. Lead social media management efforts to promote services, showcase client transformations, and engage with the community. Provide excellent customer service by creating welcoming environments, addressing client concerns promptly, and upselling products or additional treatments to enhance revenue. Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare lines or retail items to boost retail sales. Stay current with industry trends in cosmetology, barbering, tattooing, dermabrasion, and med spa treatments to continually expand your skill set. Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of salon software platforms such as Millennium or

for scheduling and client management. Strong social media management skills to build brand presence and attract new clients. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike. Deep understanding of customer service principles with a focus on guest satisfaction. Technical expertise in cosmetology procedures including hair extensions, hair threading, straight razor shaves, nail care, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, body waxing, and makeup application. Familiarity with advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy and botulinum toxin injections. Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously across all services while adhering to health regulations. Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products during client visits or consultations. Knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring services and styling techniques. Strong organizational skills for managing appointments, inventory, and administrative tasks efficiently.
