The Tox Carlsbad is looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-based, performance-driven environment and understands what it means to deliver white-glove hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients on wellness services, and treatment packages while confidently closing sales Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products to maximize results and revenue Manage bookings, reschedules, and appointment adjustments with precision and care Greet and check in clients, maintaining a professional and luxury-focused first impression Execute opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, and daily reporting Ensure the lounge and reception areas are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards Partner with the studio management and technician teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred (examples: spa, salon, fitness studio, luxury retail, medical spa, or membership-based business) Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining client trust and rapport Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Familiarity with booking software, POS systems, and handling customer inquiries Familiarity with MindBody Online software is a plus Professional, polished appearance consistent with The Tox standards Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Passion for wellness and interest in luxury service brands Must be able to work on-site in Carlsbad and be available for weekends as needed Why Join The Tox Carlsbad?
