Looking For :
Lash Out Loud is looking for experienced, motivated, and personable lash extension artists. Willingness to learn new eyelash extension techniques will receive competitive pay, along with 100% of tips. All clients are provided through Lash Out Loud!
Job Description :
Eyelash extension artists will be applying classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions, along with facial waxing. Each artist will check-in/check-out customers and take payment accordingly. Small admin work is necessary for inputting customer information in to CRM program(customer relations management program). Everyday practices of sanitizing/cleaning tools and work areas are completed to comply with state board standards.
Responsibilities :
Understand client needs through brief consultation Apply eyelash extension full sets, fills, eyelash removal, and face wax Ensure cleanliness Collect payment and input client information through
POS Pay :
$20/hr + Tips + Product Commission (Averages $24 - $27 per hour)
Qualifications/Requirements :
Current Esthetician License or Cosmetology License 1 Year eyelash extension experience (preferred) Industry passion
Skills :
Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Team player Reliable attendance Positive mindset
