In this vibrant role, you will deliver top-tier beauty services, including eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic treatments, creating stunning transformations that boost confidence and enhance natural beauty. You'll engage with clients in a lively, welcoming environment, providing personalized consultations and expert techniques that leave lasting impressions. This is an independent contractor position, and is commission based pay. A super exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a positive impact on clients' lives every day. Responsibilities Perform professional eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable beauty solutions Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workspaces following health regulations Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring satisfaction Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training. Assist in retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and promote brand loyalty Skills Proven experience in retail sales within our retail product. Skilled at eyelash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, eyebrow shaping Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed Ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry transforms lives!
