The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. The Eyelash Specialist will also play a key role in promoting our services through social media management and retail sales. Responsibilities Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Provide excellent guest services by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Manage appointments using salon software such as

MINDBODY.

Promote additional services including hair extensions, body waxing, and esthetic treatments. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell products to enhance client experiences. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques, including botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification. Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and related beauty services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with salon software for appointment management (e.g., MINDBODY). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. Experience in social media management to promote services effectively. Additional skills in makeup application, hair styling, tattooing, or esthetic laser treatment are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
