In this role, you will deliver expert eyelash extension, eyebrow shaping, and enhancement services that boost our clients' confidence and beauty. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and other brow/lash enhancement services with precision and artistry Provide consultations to understand client preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on aftercare routines Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping Assist with retail sales by recommending products like lash serums, brow gels, and skincare items that complement treatments Promote additional services such as dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or body waxing when appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Engage actively with clients through social media management to showcase before-and-after photos, special promotions, and new service offerings Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialized training in eyelash extensions and eyebrow treatments Proven experience in eyelash extension application, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and related beauty procedures Knowledge of sanitation practices, salon safety protocols, and proper sterilization techniques Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients about their desired look and aftercare instructions Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
