As a small business, we value each member of our team and strive to build a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. We're currently seeking a talented Lash Artist to join our team part-time, with the intention of growing into a full-time position as we continue to expand. Having a background in skin, brows and tanning would be a great plus! We are also open to training if you would like to grow your service list! Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care to enhance the natural beauty of clients. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Assist at the front desk when needed, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth client experience. Skills Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
