Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team, with both full-time and part-time positions available. The ideal candidate will have experience in beauty treatments and scalp care services, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves providing personalized, high-quality treatments while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction. In addition, the Technician will assist with product demonstrations and contribute to retail sales efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide customized beauty and scalp care treatments based on individual client needs. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients and support retail sales. Keep treatment areas clean, sanitized, and organized in accordance with health and safety standards. Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay current with beauty industry trends, techniques, and new product knowledge. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Confident in demonstrating products in a way that engages and educates clients. Previous retail sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. High attention to detail and a commitment to service quality. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required. Valid Facial /Head License is required. Experience in skincare management is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
