Responsibilities Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and treatments Maintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety Manage appointment scheduling to optimize workflow Upsell additional services like brow shaping, lash lifts, or other esthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries confidently Keep detailed records of treatments performed and follow up with clients for future appointments or product recommendations Qualifications Proven experience as a Lash Technician Bilingual in Spanish ( Required) Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional training in eyelash extension application preferred Knowledge of sanitation protocols & body waxing Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on aftercare and product use Experience with social media management for marketing promotions is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules Embark on a rewarding career where your artistry transforms lives!
