Esthetician License Cosmetology Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extension services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Sanitize and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and checking in clients
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional salon environment
• Help showcase our work by creating fun, engaging content such as before-and-after photos, reels, and social media posts to highlight services and client transformations

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license
• Previous experience in eyelash extensions
• Ability to recommend appropriate lash styles for clients
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using salon software systems (e.g., Millennium) for appointment scheduling and client management
• Familiarity with social media platforms for promoting services and engaging with clients
