Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Facial Specialist

Experienced lash techs only. Training NOT provided. Training Available.

Evenings & Saturdays (Sunday's Optional)

Employment Commitment & Training Master Stylist:

A minimum commitment of 6 months Expert Stylist (requiring training): A minimum commitment of 1 year. Training Training NOT provided. Group training courses available $300 or One to One at $1000. Responsibilities Applying eyelash extensions (no training provided) Maintain a clean and sanitized station and studio, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations. Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to eyelash care and maintenance. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Utilize social media platforms to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community. Perform additional beauty services as needed, such as hair threading, nail care, or dermabrasion. Skills Expert knowledge of applying eyelash extensions Strong skills in sanitizing tools and maintaining hygiene standards. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with front desk operations in a beauty or wellness setting. Ability to manage social media accounts effectively for marketing purposes. Lash Supplies Compensation Expert/Master-Level Stylists :

$14-$15/hour or 30% -40% commission, whichever pays higher, based on a 2-week pay period. Bonus for working after hours and weekends.
