Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and staying current with the latest trends and techniques in lash artistry. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional eager to grow within a vibrant, customer-focused environment that values innovation and excellence. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look, providing expert advice on styles and maintenance Maintain strict sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty treatments through effective upselling techniques Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques including dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments when applicable Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in eyelash extensions from an accredited program Proven experience as a Lash Technician or similar role within a salon or med spa setting Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with team members. Ability to perform additional services like brow waxing.
