Job Summary We are seeking a talented and energetic Lash Artist to join our dynamic beauty team! In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients' natural beauty through expertly applied eyelash extensions and lash lifts. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications With classic and volume lashes and lash lifts. Provide consultations to determine the best lash styles and treatments tailored to each client's preferences and eye shape. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations and industry standards. Assist clients with product demos, aftercare advice, and retail sales of lash care products to enhance their experience. Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs professionally. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with specialization in eyelash extensions or related beauty treatments. Proven experience in eyelash extensions. Excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare routines. Commitment to sanitation standards including proper sterilization techniques for tools and workspaces. .
