We are looking for an experienced lash and brow specialist to join our founding team as our dedicated eye services artist. We are looking for a passionate professional who takes pride in their craft and is committed to delivering a luxury experience to every client. Responsibilities Perform lash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume) Perform lash lifts and lash removal Perform brow services including threading, tinting, and lamination Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work areas at all times Provide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting client relationships Recommend treatments and aftercare products when appropriate Represent the Ariano Beauty Spa brand with professionalism and pride Requirements Valid Florida Cosmetology License (required — no exceptions) 2+ years of lash extension experience Proficiency in Volume and Mega Volume sets preferred Brow services experience (threading, tinting, lamination) is a strong plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in English and/or Spanish Instagram handle with lash portfolio photos required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered Compensation Commission-based pay — competitive rate based on your experience and specialty Technicians keep 100% of their tips — we do not take any portion Strong earning potential with a consistent schedule and growing client base Performance-based bonuses available Commission reviewed after your first 90 days Schedule Full-time or part-time availability Flexible scheduling available Mon-Sat 10:00 AM•8:00 PM | Sun 10:00 AM•5:00
