In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting skincare products, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and service. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a welcoming environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction and product knowledge. Duties Lead daily operations of the skincare department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Provide personalized skincare consultations, educating clients on product benefits and proper application techniques Drive sales through effective upselling strategies, highlighting product features that meet customer needs Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and clients Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing transactions and balancing registers Train and motivate team members on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales techniques Monitor inventory levels, reorder products as needed, and organize displays to attract customer attention Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management within the beauty or skincare industry Knowledge of cosmetology principles and skincare treatments is highly desirable Strong understanding of sanitation protocols relevant to personal care environments Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage customers effectively Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly A proactive attitude with leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and performance Join us as a Skincare Manager and become a vital part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing beauty and confidence.
