Beauty Professional - Performance-Based Opportunity Join The Look By Joi , a high-visibility, luxury beauty brand based in Atlanta with over 23 years of experience creating unforgettable beauty experiences . We are seeking motivated, reliable beauty professionals ready to earn daily income, build a loyal clientele, and grow with our brand . This is not a traditional hourly position . This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals serious about making money and showing up consistently. You'll work in a high-traffic location with strong brand visibility, steady client flow, and product sales opportunities . Compensation Structure Up to 40% commission on services 10% commission on product sales Daily performance bonuses available Potential to earn $150-$500+ per day Responsibilities Perform brow services efficiently (shaping, tinting, etc.) Complete makeovers in under 20 minutes Deliver a high-quality client experience that reflects The Look By Joi brand Recommend and sell retail products Maintain a clean and professional workspace Show up on time and ready to work Participate in content creation Requirements Must be dependable (non-negotiable) Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pulling new clients daily Motivated to earn based on performance This Role is
