The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a strong understanding of makeup techniques, trends, and products. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for enhancing clients' appearances through makeup application, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Duties Apply makeup for various occasions including weddings, photoshoots, and special events. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired looks. Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment. Provide additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, and hair threading as needed. Assist in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients' needs. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided. Requirements Proven experience as a Makeup Artist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and preferences. Experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
