Junior Lash Artist

It's A Lash A Thing is a luxury, results-driven beauty studio specializing in lashes, lash lifts, and facials. We're growing and looking for a skilled, reliable lash artist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Perform classic and hybrid lash extensions Perform lash lifts and tints Maintain sanitation standards Take before/after photos Deliver luxury client experience Rebook clients and educate on aftercare Create basic social media content

Requirements :

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Georgia Or currently enrolled . 6 mos experience isolating and can complete a full classic set in under 2.5 hrs Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Outstanding client service skills with strong client retention. Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Polished, professional and friendly with a passion for beauty.

Social Media Management Pay:

1-2 week training at $12-$14/hr 40% commission after training Tips kept by artist
