What you'll get: $14/hr paid training (first 60 days) 50% commission after training Tips kept by artists All supplies provided Clientele + marketing support (we help you get booked) Ongoing training (including lash lifts + skill refinement) Flexible scheduling (preferred availability: mornings 9-12 or evenings after 5) Clear growth path into commission-based earning
Responsibilities:
Perform classic and hybrid lash extensions Perform lash lifts and tints Maintain sanitation standards Must be comfortable taking photos/videos of your work and tracking progress Rebook clients and educate on aftercare
Requirements :
Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the state of Georgia Or currently enrolled . 6 mos experience isolating and can complete a full classic set in under 2 hrs Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude, coachable, and serious about improving
