Provide compassionate, client-centered education on lice prevention, healthy hair care practices, and maintaining a clean, lice-free environment. Maintain a sanitized workspace by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Use salon software schedule appointments, update client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, managing front desk duties, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support store management by assisting with retail sales of hair care products, promoting memberships, upselling services, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Mentor new team members on treatment procedures, sanitation standards, and customer interaction techniques to foster a collaborative environment. Requirements Adhering to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment. Proficient in adapting to salon software platforms for scheduling, client communication, and record management. Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with clients while maintaining positive team collaboration. Strong attention to detail when performing lice screenings, hair sectioning, combing, and nit removal procedures. Retail sales experience with the ability to confidently recommend products, process transactions accurately, and support retail growth through client education and upselling. Demonstrated ability to multitask at the front desk while maintaining high standards of customer service.
