Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Master Esthetics Instructor to lead and inspire aspiring estheticians through comprehensive training and hands-on education. Responsibilities Develop and implement detailed lesson plans covering a wide range of esthetic topics including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments. Deliver engaging classroom instruction that combines theoretical knowledge with practical demonstrations. Teach advanced techniques such as dermabrasion, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage to enhance students' skill sets. Supervise students during hands-on practice sessions to ensure proper technique and safety protocols are followed. Evaluate student performance through assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to support their growth. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters confidence among students. Skills Extensive knowledge of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing. Proficiency in advanced cosmetology skills such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skincare. Strong understanding of anatomy relevant to esthetic procedures and trigger point therapy for effective teaching. Proven experience in classroom instruction or adult education with excellent lesson planning abilities. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and motivate students to achieve their best. Familiarity with esthetics equipment operation and safety standards for laser treatments and other advanced procedures. Demonstrated capability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles while maintaining engagement.
