This role is perfect for passionate professionals eager to deliver exceptional service in a lively, supportive environment. As a Brow Artist, you will combine technical skill with customer-focused care to create stunning, customized brow designs while promoting overall wellness and confidence. Paid training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to help you excel in this vibrant industry. Responsibilities Perform professional brow shaping techniques including waxing, threading, and tinting to craft tailored looks for each client Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, or makeup application to complement brow treatments Educate clients on brow maintenance, skincare routines, and recommended treatments to foster long-term relationships Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards Utilize salon software like
MINDBODY
to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products, tools, and beauty accessories to enhance their experience Stay current with industry trends and new techniques through continuous learning and professional development Experience Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is highly desirable Certification or training in esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, or botulinum toxin procedures is a plus Skilled in hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and makeup application preferred Knowledge of salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients Background in cosmetology or barbering with an emphasis on facial aesthetics and nail care is beneficial Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a hygienic environment Join us as a Brow Artist and be part of a lively team dedicated to empowering clients through beauty!
