The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eyelash extension application and have experience in providing exceptional guest services. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients through meticulous eyelash services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications with precision and care. Provide dermabrasion treatments as needed, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and preferences effectively. Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records using Millennium software. Educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions and other related services. Promote additional services such as hair extensions, botulinum toxin treatments, and makeup application to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within spa or beauty salon is preferred. Proficiency in various eyelash extension techniques and products. Strong background in guest services, with excellent communication skills to foster client relationships. Experience with sales techniques to promote additional services effectively. Familiarity with dermabrasion treatments is a plus, but training may be provided for the right candidate. A passion for beauty, aesthetics, and providing exceptional customer experiences is essential.
