Spa Owner / Practice Manager About ERA Wellness Spa ERA Wellness Spa is a luxury wellness and aesthetics spa focused on helping clients look and feel their best through high-quality beauty, wellness, and self-care services. We are looking for an experienced Lash Artist who is professional, detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about delivering beautiful, customized lash results. Position Overview The Experienced Lash Artist will provide professional lash services, including lash extensions, fills, removals, lifts, and tints. The ideal candidate has strong technical skill, excellent client communication, and a polished, spa-level approach to service. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in creating natural, classic, hybrid, volume, and customized lash looks while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and client care. Responsibilities Provide high-quality lash services, including classic, hybrid, volume, and/or mega volume lash extensions. Perform lash fills, removals, lash lifts, and lash tinting as offered by the spa. Consult with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle, eye shape, and lash health before recommending a customized look. Maintain proper sanitation, disinfection, and infection-control standards at all times. Educate clients on lash aftercare, maintenance, and recommended booking schedules. Document client preferences, lash maps, sensitivities, and service notes accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room. Build lasting client relationships through excellent communication and consistent results. Recommend appropriate retail products, aftercare items, and future services when beneficial to the client. Stay current on lash trends, safety practices, and advanced techniques. Support spa operations, including punctuality, schedule management, and a positive team environment. Qualifications Active Kentucky cosmetology or esthetician license preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on lash extension experience preferred. Strong portfolio of lash work preferred. Experience with classic and volume lash techniques strongly preferred. Knowledge of lash health, adhesive safety, retention, eye sensitivity, and contraindications. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a luxury spa environment. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Social media presence or willingness to help capture lash content is a plus. They should be able to work independently while also contributing to a supportive, elevated spa culture. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule. Commission, hourly, or booth/room rental structure may be discussed depending on fit. Retail commission and gratuities may be available. Schedule Flexible full-time or part-time schedule available.
