Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eye enhancement services with precision and artistry. Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment care. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in eyelash extensions or related beauty services. Experience with eyelash extension application, lash lifts, and related treatments preferred. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon or spa setting. Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their beauty goals. Ability to manage appointments efficiently using salon management software like Millennium or

Skills in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and revenue.
