Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancement services with precision and care. Provide consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and treatments based on individual features and preferences. Maintain strict sanitation standards, including sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, optimizing client flow and minimizing wait times. Engage with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued, and informed about aftercare. Promote retail sales by demonstrating products like lash serums, cleansers, or makeup to enhance client results and satisfaction. Utilize social media management skills to showcase your work, attract new clients, and build your personal brand online. Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing bookings efficiently. Conduct product demos during client visits to educate on lash care products or additional beauty services such as dermal fillers or body waxing. Support team efforts by upselling complementary services like makeup application or hair styling to maximize client experience. Experience Proven experience in eyelash extensions application, lash lifts, or related esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers is preferred. Cosmetology license or relevant certification required; additional training in botulinum toxin treatment or esthetic laser treatment is a plus. Strong management skills for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records using salon software like Millennium or

MINDBODY.

Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and collaborate with team members in a hospitality-focused environment. Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic workspace at all times. Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous for growing your clientele base.
